AAU Judo

AAU Judo is part of the Amateur Athletic Union of the United States. The AAU is one of the oldest sports organizations in the world with over 35 sports in its program, including judo  AAU Judo sanctions national, regional and local judo tournaments and training camps in the United States AAU Judo offers national tournaments using traditional Kodokan Judo rules, modified rules similar to other groups and freestyle judo rules.
